At the heart of the Prevail Group’s mission is the Prevail Foundation, a testament to our commitment to giving back. Founded in 2016, the Foundation emerged from a simple idea: transforming personal experiences into pathways for others. It started with Option2, an organization I founded to help student athletes prepare for life after sports, because I knew firsthand what it felt like to navigate that transition. Since then, it’s grown into something much bigger.

Today, the Prevail Foundation is fueled by our book proceeds, our portfolio’s success, and a relentless drive to uplift communities. Here’s a glimpse into the initiatives we’ve built:

Our founding initiative that began with a focus on student athletes. It’s all about ensuring young athletes have a clear path for what comes next, turning my own challenges into a roadmap for them.

Win or Win Scholarship: Offered at Salem High School, this scholarship supports future entrepreneurs with $1,000 to kickstart their education or their first business idea. It’s about investing in the next generation of innovators.

Beyond Borders Scholarship:  In partnership with Operation Smile, we send minority students abroad to expand their horizons. This initiative is all about giving them a global perspective and a broader sense of what’s possible.

Sweet Pea Whitaker Classic: This annual boxing event gives young athletes a stage to shine, to compete, and to be celebrated by their communities. It’s more than just a sporting event; it’s an opportunity for growth and recognition.

Every initiative is a reflection of our core belief: that every loss, every lesson, and every experience can be transformed into an opportunity to lift someone else up. The Prevail Foundation is our way of making sure that no lesson is wasted and no community is left behind.
